Go Go Chicago
Chicago and Paris are Sister Cities. A similar relationship exists between the two marathons. So, there is always a very large gathering of North Americans at 31KM. Without a doubt, this is the loudest spot on the course. If your friends/family are looking for a huge group of English speaking running fans, consider this spot ("Passy" elevated station - see here or here for details - caution, follow carefully - there are 14 subway lines in Paris). Bonus points to anyone who can name the famous movie that was shot here. Hint - the train, the bridge and walkway were used to good effect.
