So, here you are..

...half way around the world. It is 4 o'clock in the morning back home, but almost lunch time where you are now. You came early to have a week for adjustments to the new time zone and make cool headed preparations for your marathon. Now your are thinking, "Maybe I had better put in some miles.. Maybe, just to be sure everything still works, you know.. Just 5 or 10k will do. Running marathons around the world involves more than just doing the race.

So, it sounds like a good idea, but where can you go to do that? "RUNNING IN PLACE(S)" is a series of short vignettes about popular jogging trails and training locations. We cover things like how to get there, how not to lose your way along the trail, what the running surfaces are like and, most of all, safety. Supporting videos will help you get some sense of what the location is really like. You will soon see segments on running in Paris, running in Cannes, running in Chicago, running in Monte Carlo...

For example, running in Rome can be a great experience. To see our segment on Villa Borghese, click here.
